[Rwp] Is This a Bug: New Items Inserted On Last Track when no Tracks are Selected

Thanks for the reply Scott. I haven't really tested it with ReaAccess
yet as I have Reaper x64 installed, but this looks like Reaper default
behavior indeed - I have tested it with Osara and the master track
disabled and the result was the same.
