[Rwp] Keyboard sets just a thought

If the master track is now focusable then I don't see the point in separate hotkeys. Sonar didn't have separate master track hotkeys, in JSonar or Caketalking, and neither does ProTools, so having the track focusable seems entirely logical from my perspective. But I am not an advanced Reaper user.
