[Rwp] New osara keymap

Hi list,
Osara has grown and with it, Here's a new version of the keymap.
Main changes are:
A Select and split item under edit or play cursor, this is a new custom 
action we created
Ctrl+Shift+A Item: Select all items in track
Ctrl+Alt+PageDown Transient detection threshold: decrease
Ctrl+Alt+PageUp Transient detection threshold: increase
Alt+Shift+PageDown Transient detection sensitivity: decrease
Alt+Shift+PageUp Transient detection sensitivity: increase
Win+Delete Delete marker near cursor
Here are some new actions added in osara
   Ctrl+F Report track/item/time selection (depending on focus)
Shift+Space Enable noncontiguous selection/toggle selection of current 
track/item (depending on focus)
Ctrl+Shift+Right Arrow Move to next item (leaving other items selected)
Ctrl+Shift+Left arrow Move to previous item (leaving other items selected)

  Changes in the midi editor
PageUp Move edit cursor back one measure
PageDown Move edit cursor forward one measure
Ctrl+F SWS/FNG: Select notes nearest edit cursor
Ctrl+Shift+A Select all notes with same note value

Use this keymap only with osara. This new file replaces the old one even 
if the link is the same.
