[Rwp] Enabling my midi input in Reaper preferences won't work with NVDA

1. Get to the MIDI input.
2. Switch to screen review with NVDA+numpad7.
3. Move up and down by line with numpad7 and numpad9 until you find the
name of the MIDI input.
4. Route the mouse with NVDA+numpadDivide.
5. Right click with numpadMultiply.
