[Rwp] Enabling my midi input in Reaper preferences won't work with NVDA

Hi Scott, NVDA Shift M is not assigned to anything. I checked by pressing insert 1 and then tried the hotkey. I've even tried plugging in a mouse, but that is proving a failed experiment. Failing that, I'm going to have to plug a monitor in and geq a sighted person to do it. Thanks.
