[Rwp] Enabling my midi input in Reaper preferences won't work with NVDA

Hi Dave,

Sounds like you're clicking in the correct place, but you'll need to
manually route the mouse pointer before simulating that right-click.
Try hitting NVDA+Shift+M before to do that before you simulate the
right-click, and you should be in business.

Shout if it doesn't work
