Whoops, sorry about that. I did post at the top, but for some reason, 
it showed up later. Here's my comment again:
well, then you try and get better at playing your parts in, right?
You have to learn what being right on the beat feels and sounds like, 
before you can then get creative and rush or drag things. In other 
words, practice practice practice.
