[Rwp] OSARA Configuration

Hi all,

Does anyone know where exactly OSARA stores its configuration data? I've 
tried looking for an ini file that might have something in it to do with 
OSARA, but there doesn't seem to be one. Despite this, OSARA remembers 
the settings I made between restarts of Reaper. How does it do this, if 
not in an ini file? I'm running Reaper portably, so it's not a registry 
key, either.
