[Rwp] Question about selecting

I don't know whether there's a specific ReaEar method for this, but
here's how I got this to happen using Reaper preferences, so it should
work in any of the accessibility plugins:

Under Editing Behavior, check "Move edit cursor to start of time
selection on time selection change", and "Link loop points to time
selection".
Then, under Playback, check "Stop playback at end of loop if repeat is
disabled".
