[Rwp] lerning NVDA object nav to use reaper more effectivly.

hi guys :) thanks for all your help so far I listened to the podcast on object nav but i was confused, what’s the best mode for navigating things like the mane track view and effects window? could some one please give me some pointers on how to get started on object nav in reaper? also a step by step explanation of how to rite click the record arm icon would be a life saver :) i’m using laptop keyboard lay out with NVDA.
