[Rwp] lerning NVDA object nav to use reaper more effectivly.

hi all, currently i mostly use system access with reaper, however i’m looking to use reaper more effectly with NVDA and object nav. 
Are there any tutorials on how to use NVDA’s object nav feature? 

any help with this would be grate even though i think its a little off topic :) thanks for taking the time to reed this email kind regards trey.
