[Rwp] accessible wave table synth vst?

hi all, i’m using reaper with NVDA and system access. Does any one know of an accessible wave table synth vst that will allow me to create a sound from scratch and not just use presets. I know a wile back some work was done with NI massive, but I think it was only to make the presets accessible and only for jaws users. 

If any one knows of an accessible wave table synth vst, or can tell me more about the work done with NI massive ide be really grateful, thanks for taking the time to reed this email hope to here from you soon from trey :)
