[Rwp] ReaEar and the mono modes context menu

Hi all,

I am configuring ReaEar so that it has a keymap which, to me at least, 
makes sense. There is a Reaear action to show the mono context menu for 
the master track, which I have assigned to the second press of shift f9. 
when I press it, it says "no use". Is the mono context menu for master 
track something that is deprecated in the latest version of Reaper or am 
I doing something else wrong?
