Sure you could.
There are multiple ways how to do this. One simple is navigating to
the folder track you want to mix down with the arrow keys and choosing
one of the render/freeze options from the track menu. Alternatively,
instead of opening the track menu from the main menu bar, you can also
press ctrl + applications.
Files rendered using this method follow the preferences set in project
settings. For more advanced (or custom) rendering options you can open
"render" from the file menu.
