[Rwp] OSARA, Reaper, and NVDA

Wow!  I just got NVDA coming through.  It is snappy!

OSARA, Reaper, and NVDA seem to work really well together.  Good stuff.

Is it possible to use eloquence with NVDA?  I like the espeak synth but it is a bit too different to do things like email and web surfing as efficiently as I can with eloquence.
