[Rwp] getting started with osara?

hi all, i’ve been thinking of getting started with osara for a wile now but apart from installing it opening reaper going in to training mode and pressing keys what would every one recommend as a good way of getting started? 

also what things are spoken in osara that are not spoken in reaaccess and vice vercer?
