[Rwp] changing synth on NVDA

Try running another screen-reader and while it's running, make the 
change to NVDA.
They won't betalking a the same time, at least until you've made the 
change, you might run in to some keyboard conflicts, but I've managed to 
fix one screen-reader with another and you could always try something 
really basic like narrator.
