[Rwp] changing synth on NVDA

The simplest thing to do might be to press NVDA+control+r thrice quickly
to reset to factory defaults. That's annoying because you'll lose other
settings, but it may also mean less screwing around.
Alternatively, try this:
1. Press NVDA+control+s.
2. Press home.
3. Press e for eSpeak.
4. Press tab.
5. Press home to select Microsoft Sound Mapper (default audio output).
6. Press enter for OK.
