[Rwp] basics

Thanks for the description.

I may not need REAccess, but I'm still puzzled why it won't install.  I 
installed 5.04 (32 bit version) under WinXP (32 bit version), use the OSARA 
32 bit version... perhaps it is because I installed it to C:/Reaper (using 
the "portable install" option during the Reaper install?
