He may be having that trying to install a 32 bit version of reaper on a
64 bit os, reaccess doesn't like that.
YOu can hack around it by installing the 32 bit on a 32 bit os, and copy
files and such,
but the install of reaccess is dumb and won't let you get by with it
from the intaller.
