My understanding is that OSARA should already work fairly well with
JAWS. The one exception is the slider in the Parameters dialog, where
you'll only get percentages with JAWS instead of value text where
supported because JAWS ignores the MSAA information on this control.
This should be fairly trivial to fix with JAWS scripts. However, there
could be other broken areas I don't know about.
