[Rwp] getting time

Braille display is an advantage for sure,
I haven't used one that much, we have a nice big 80 cell display
would like to find a home for here.

Would be nice to have an easy way to quickly query the big clock with 
speech maybe I'll whip up an ahk script or something to quickly do that 
while it's focused so I don't have to poke around with object nav.
