[Rwp] getting time

I did not forget that you said that, but we often do things that cross 
these lines for the sake of useability.

It's not that important, I actually prefer the hour and minute reading 
it defaults to when I pick a time based view selection,
but was just mentioning it for the sake of consistancy.
I didn't know if there was an easy way to query this or not.
Anyway, no big deal.
