[Rwp] getting time

Yeh.
But what else is interesting is that the jump dialogue when I do control
j follows the hour format for either time selection but then goes to the
bar format when I switch to that format.
What would be most useful i think is if the jump dialogue follows what
ever you set for the time ruler.
Feedback from others of course.
