[Rwp] getting time

Doesn't seem to work that way for me.

I set my view options to one of the time based ones, and the control j 
does indeed report time as it's going by during a recording.
I assume that's the play cursor because it does it as well during playback.

But when I hit a cursor movement during recording, I get bar/measure 
based feedback.
