[Rwp] getting time

Hey, i know we can use the control j jump dialogue and move by bars, and 
put in
time values and get a time, but how do we query reaper to how much time 
has elapsed?
I can not see any time values on the reaper interface with object nav, 
and I've looked at the actions list and so far haven't found anything, 
but who knows with the thousands of actions, I could easily have missed it?

My default fall back trick is to set my tempo to 240 beats,
which gives you a second per bar, you have to off-set by one,
but that's my work around there's got to be a better way 'grin'.
