[Rwp] sequencer megababy any one tried it? is it accessable?

hey all has any one tried reapers sequencer megababy js plug in? if so how accessible is it? and could some one please explain how it works? 

i know a lot about hardware midi sequencers but ide like to use sequencer megababy and don't know where to start.
