[Rwp] Searching for Plugins

Put this file in the "effects" directory of Reaper. For a standard 
install, this would be in "%appdata%\REAPER\Effects"
Once added, just look for JS: fake midi clock (or whatever you renamed 
the file) in your list of available plugins.

In order to make this plugin work, it has to be inserted on a track or 
folder.
Make sure Reaper isn't also sending out midi clock/MTC while the plugin 
is, or weird things happen.
