Then you can have someone help you by using team viewer.

Sighted help is hard to come by sometimes, but if you have a friend 
remotely, get them to log in to your computer with team viewer,
and they can pretty much do anything you might need, except things that 
happen before windows boots, like BIOS or UEFI stuff.
