[Rwp] problem on installing osara,

You have to import the keymap into Reaper. Go to the actions menu and
choose "Show Action List". You'll get a window with various options.
To import the key map activate the Import / Export button. Next choose
import and select the key map file. If I'm not mistaken you can also
press the question mark to open the actions list by default.
