[Rwp] problem on installing osara,

Got it in one. OSARA is a plugin which will eventually replace
ReaAccess. It's pretty early in development at the moment, so it
requires a bit of extra jiggery-pokery to get going and we're a little
way off from having the full feature set, but in a nutshell, it's the
future.
