[Rwp] problem on installing osara,

You also need to grab the keymap that's linked a few lines below where you
downloaded the DLL from and import that into Reaper. Easiest place to
import it is in the action list. Shout if you need more in depth
instructions, and definitely let us know if you've already got the keymap
loaded because that'll be something of a first if it's still not working
for you with everything set up correctly.
