It doesn’t appear to be you.  It appears there was an issue with the copy on the site. If you go download it again it should work now. Just before to delete the download you had from before and  delete the Reaper_Access file from user plug in and the RA_KeyboardNinJa Keycap from the KeyMap folder. Then download the new version from the site and follow the normal install instructions.  Let me know if that worked.
