[Rwp] Quantise drum item.

Hi ROBIN and list,
I found ways to quantize audio items in reaper. I used both stretch 
markers and item quantization. I found it working better with osara than 
rea-access because we can go to transients and work with them. Let me 
know your reaper version and if you use rea-access or osara so that I 
can tell you more on how I do this.
