[Rwp] shift pluss rite arro action has changed please help!

You can set it in the actions menu.

If you want it to do the oposite to shift left arrow (presumably the 
inverse key), in the actions dialog (shift / by default), click "Find 
shortcut", and press shift left arrow, then just search for the action 
which comes up in that search.
