[Rwp] shift pluss rite arro action has changed please help!

hi all, in my copy of reaper shift plus rite aero used to select  items by a small zoom amount like 1 or 2 resent i don’t remember the action name but now instead of doing this shift plus rite arrow selects and moves to previous item please could some one tel me how to change it back to how it was before? 

your help with this problem would be most welcome! kind regards trey!
