[Rwp] Resources explaning the functionnalities of default FX in Reaper.

Ah, how do I say this without sounding like a smart-ass,
Well, the dirty of it is that the down side to buying a powerful open
source DAW
like reaper is that you get the privilege of doing all your own homework
and research.
Not that the community doesn't step up admirably, to help out, but
reaper is hardly a premium product in the sense of being mature in
documentation, and tutorial and hand holding resources,
and this is why other DAW's cost 500 dollars.
So there's no free lumch in this world, you're either going to pay
money, or you're going to pay time.
If going through plug-ins and seeing what they do is too tedius, perhaps
you are in the wrong hobby.
