[Rwp] Resources explaning the functionnalities of default FX in Reaper.

Hello all,

I'm facing of a simple problem but very irritating. I have to test fx 
one by one, for knowing what is the functions of each FX. It's a little 
bit fastidious and I'm sure that I miss some usability details.
Do you know a place giving for each FX, mane and functionnality?

For the moment, I'm looking for an FX to strongly boost high 
frequencies, to obtain a kind of dirty sound. I'm also looking something 
like a phone effect and radio effect. Do you know some FX to do that?
And last question, did you downloaded additionnal FX to complete the 
default collection proposed with Reaper?
