[Rwp] Considering the Motu audio express

Hi list,

So, I have heard some good stuff about the Motu audio express, and
looked at the specs today. They look really attractive.
I currently have a Roland V-Studio 20. The problems I have with it are:
1. No XLR outs, not enough inputs, and you can only select one input at a time.
2. No spdif.
The good thing about the VS20 is that you just install the driver, plug
it into the USB port--it is powered by USB, and you're off.
Is the Motu audio express easy to configure and learn?
What are the disadvantages or gotchas I should be aware of before
purchasing it?
I should say that I have a Presonus monitor station which does wonders
for monitoring. If I could find an audio interface that would play
nicely with that, and would give me enough TRS and XLR ins and outs,
I'd be set.
