hi all, i have spoken with the developer of this program. 

it can make previously inaccessible programs accessible, it does this by two ways i know of the first is to look for any help text written in to a program by the devs and present it to the end user to help them label what ever control there on. 

the second way it does this is by using the code built in to a program to work out what any givvin control is and does this may mean your screen reeder will reed a bunch of numbers. 

he also told me that users of music production software are one of the groups of users he is aiming this software at i hope this helps kind regards trey.
