[Rwp] Adding effects to items

Hi there,

I know, pressing shift-e opens the effect-window to select a special FX and to add it to an item. But right now, osaras accessible parameter-dialog only opens the fx-parameters for tracks. It seams to be impossible at the moment to view an accessible fx-dialog while adding effects to items. I know, there was a thread concerning this some time ago. But I can’t find it. Do you have any idea about this. Otherwise I would open an issue at github.
