[Rwp] Jump to the start of sound in item.

With ReaAccess, not that I know of. You can of course select an item with control left or right, but I don't think that's what you are after.
Reaper has built-in transient detection, which we can use with OSARA, but not ReaAccess (even if you map all the right actions, ReaAccess does something that breaks normal use of it.) So, with OSARA and the DG Keymap, you can select a track, press tab to get to the next significant event, split from there, and have a good time.
