[Rwp] Cursor-behavior in time selection

Hey Rusty,
Reaper should still speak just the same in the Preferences window,
which is where you can import the keymap. Hit CTRL+P when Reaper
loads, then navigate to Keyboard/Multi-touch in the tree view. Tabbing
a few times will get you to a button that says "Assign keyboard
shortcuts to actions or change existing shortcuts". In there, tab
around again until you find the "Import/Export..." button.
In time, all this stuff will be automagic.
Shout if that doesn't work.
