[Rwp] Cursor-behavior in time selection

Ah, haven't really had a situation come up to troubleshoot this with
OSARA yet. Off the top of my head, I'd guess that the checkbox only
applies once a specific pair of actions have been used to set the
beginning and end of time selection. Selecting whilst scrubbing
probably uses different actions. The amount of different ways to
achieve similar results is one of those things that you'll grow to
love and hate about Reaper, depending on the day. I'll look into it
and file a bug on the Reaper forum if the behaviour turns out to be
weird.
Awesome that you're jumping straight in with OSARA btw.
