[Rwp] Cursor-behavior in time selection

Hi Scott,

thanks a lot. I know this checkbox in the preferences that should make the cursor jump to the start of a time selection. But on my machine that doesn’t work. After having specified the selection, the cursor is at the end. I experimented with very small time-selections that’s why I tested the shift-cursor-keys first. I’m using osara, so some shortcuts won’t work and have to be defined.
