[Rwp] New osara keymap

Hi list,
Here's a new version of the keymap. The changes are:
1. Thanks to James we have the action that deletes item/tracks/time 
selections depending on focus and so that action has been mapped to the 
delete key as it was in rea-access;this new action reports when and what 
has been removed
2. The CtrlShift and the down/up arrow keys nudge the track volume

Use this keymap only with osara. This new link replaces the old one that 
will no longer work
