[Rwp] Reaper and EzDrummer

I use NVDA full time. Using SD is possible with NVDA, it just takes
more work, especially if you wish to make your own kits or customize
the sound of them. I eventually want to do a podcast on it, but it's
quite a comprehensive thing to summarize without it becoming too long
and boring to listen to. :)
As an aside, There's an AHK script that works with Superior Drummer
kind of, though I had little luck and so use my own methods to get
what I need done in the plugin.
