[Rwp] Is the routing matrix or group matrix accessible?

Hi folks,
I'm wanting to create submixes. As I understand this can be done using
these matrices.
I found at least one macro to add tracks to a folder, which I think
can be used as a submix, but I can't figure out if I need to rout them
all to a single track to add affects.

If that makes sense to anyone, do you have any pointers for creating
and then manipulating a submix?
