Search for reaper on this page. These podcasts are kindof long and
chatty, but they contain some useful information in terms of what
reaper can do.
I suspect that some keystrokes will have changed.
When you first load reaper, press SHIFT/f1 for a current list of
keyboard shortcuts. This list is updated dynamically when you add
keybindings or load a new keymap.

Again, this stuff might be slightly out of date, but if you find the
key-combos which apply to these actions, then you should get some good
info here.
