[Rwp] New osara keymap

Hi Chris and list,
Redownload the keymap, now shiftPageUp and down nudge the take volume by
one db
For panning a take you have to go in the item property with Shift+f2 and
use object nav to where it says 100%, when you click you can move it by
using up and down arrows. With jaws you have to click, lock the mouse
and do the same. I find NVDA doing it better though.
